Löpning på Hirvas

Körde ett stakpass på morgonen, stakade lite på platten och en sväng uppför ”Femmanvägen”. Försöker hitta ”stämmet” i stakningen. Hänger ju inte riktigt med Daniel och Johan i stakningen, så försöker tjuvträna lite på hemmaplan för att bli bättre och kanske kunna matcha dem i vinter! När jag försöker utveckla tekniken inom något område brukar det oftast bli bättre om jag kör några längre pass och letar efter den rätta känslan i åkningen. Detta är ett evighetsprojekt där man aldrig är riktigt nöjd. Det gäller att hela tiden vara ”på tå” och söka efter ett bra flyt i åkningen. Det är sällan jag kör ett pass utan att hela tiden ha tekniktänket i bakhuvudet.
På eftermiddagen släppte jag ”tekniktänket” och gav mig ut på ett löppass på Hirvas och Plattfjället. Grymt fint!
