Full hand.

Jag vågade inte riskera att sabba knät idag, så jag hoppade över dagens löptävling över 3000 meter inne i Kristianssund. Känns lite trist. Hade verkligen varit kul att testa hur löpformen är egentligen. Har ju inte sprungit en enda tävling sen junioråldern. Men knät och träningen går ju alltid i första hand. Nu mister jag nog även totalledningen i ”Toppidrettsveckan” inför sista etappen imorgon. Dock är nog inte en vinst körd skulle jag tro, det är rätt tätt om placeringarna.
Istället för löptävling i dryga 9 minuter blev det istället träning i fem timmar distans här i Aure. Först tre timmar skate och sedan 2 timmar löpning på fjället här. Många undrar väl kanske varför jag kan springa två timmar distans men inte 3000 meter tävling. Det gör jag också! Men jag har provat lite intervall på asfalt och hårdare underlag och då har knät blivit lite för ansträngt. Förmodligen är de nog en vanesak att springa asfalt och jag har löpt för lite. Springer ju mest i obanad terräng.
