Kempe moro!

Jag säger som norrmännen, idag var en rätt kul dag med först cykel och sedan rullskidssprint. Cyklingen gick riktigt bra! Jag var med en klunga som slogs om tredjeplatsen och kände mig rätt pigg hela tiden. Det var tuffa backar och dryga myrar som det blev löpning på. Gillar ju både myr och uppför så de passade nog mig rätt ok. Det som jag hade lite svårt för var de lite rejälare utförslöporna där jag inte riktigt kände för att offra livet i. In mot mål var det några sådana och jag låg i slutet av den lilla klungan och blev tillslut 7:a efter en spurtstrid om 3:e. Är ändå helnöjd med det!
Tyngre gick det dock på sprinten där jag inte hade en chans idag. Åkte ut i kvalet och blev 30:e någonting. Gör dock inte så mycket, jag körde istället ett distanspass med Anders, Daniel och Johan. Verkar inte va min grej riktigt med rullskidsprint, hade ju såklart varit roligare om man vore bättre på. Kanske får öva lite på de tills nästa gång.
Nu ska vi som blev utslagna käka en losermiddag och sen kanske kolla lite på sprintarna.
Trekken skötte sig fint idag utan några större haverier.
