Hårda dagar…

Blev en jobbig dag idag. Formen är inte där jag hade önskat att den skulle va. Kanske inget att bli förvånad över, men ändå frustrerande! Gillar inte att va på läger och behöva slita. I morse blev det tre timmar skate i grymt fin miljö ute på ön ”smöla” De var ganska platt men blev rätt jobbigt ändå för grabbarna verkade vara på humör att bränna på lite. Inge bra för oss andra när Anders börjar komma in i femmilsflytet!
På eftermiddagen blev det ett intervallpass. Stakning 4 gånger 15 min uppför en dryg stigning. Jag fick slita rejält! Richie, Johan och Anders var riktigt starka och såg till att jag fick tugga asfalt… I stunden känns det ju alltid drygt att va efter så här, men för framtiden är de riktigt bra att se vad man är lite sämre på så man kan förbättra sig fram till vintern. Man behöver en käftsmäll ibland!
Men annars är de riktigt härligt här, vacker natur och fint väder som man inte får nog av!
Det blev en kort fiskesväng även idag!
Jag lyssnade lite Tiësto och satt och tittade på när Johan inte fick fisk.
