Aure – Dag 1

Gårdagens regn är borta och en underbar morgonsol väckte mig i morse här i Aure! Det blev två riktigt fina rullskidspass i fjäll och norsk skärgårds miljö. Det är en riktigt vacker natur här! Föredrar såklart att träna i fin miljö då tiden går mycket snabbare.
Här på lägret är vi just nu bara distans gänget och tjejerna. Sprintkillarna är med deras tränare Arild Monsen i Molde och ansluter om några dagar. Arild bor ju i Molde och pratar alltid så gott om stället så jag antar att han ville visa sina adepter det han alltid skryter om, och dom är säkert väldigt nöjda med tillvaron där!
Den korta sjukdom jag hade förra veckan verkar gett kroppen lite stryk för formen verkar vara lite sådär. Inget att oroa sig över, men det är alltid frustrerande att inte känna sig på topp. Kanske är bra ändå för då blir man lite less och förbannad och vill se till att få till en rejäl dos träning så man kommer i slag igen…
Nu ska vi ner på byn och handla lite shampo och kankse någon sötsak!
