Bakläxa på mig!

Oj va dålig jag är på att uppdatera nu för tiden! Kanske beror på att jag är inne i en liten träningsperiod och då har jag en tendens att hamna i min egen bubbla och bli rätt asocial. Det är lätt hänt när de mesta av fokuset ligger på träna, äta och vila. För mig är det lite ett måste att ibland stänga ute världen för att få gjort bra träning. Om jag hela tiden ska vara med på allt som händer runt omkring så är de lätt hänt att träningen blir lidande. Vilan blir inte lika bra.
Sedan Vegastrippen har jag alltså varit i Lerdala och tränat på. Det har gått bra! Känner mig stark och jag blir inte särskilt sliten av den hårda träningen. Kroppen känns redo för den hårda plan jag tänkt genomföra under sensommaren och hösten. Jag sporras av tanken att om jag tränar än bättre i år kanske jag kan fortsätta att utvecklas som skidåkare. Men det är en tuff väg, det svåra är genomförandet!
Nu låter de som att jag har världens tråkigaste liv, men jag har ändå hunnit med att göra diverse sommaraktiviteter! En som jag fastnat för lite är att segla! En riktigt härlig frihetskänsla att glida fram på vattnet med vinden som drivmedel. Lite samma känsla som att vara i fjällen faktiskt. Kanske får bli en båt i framtiden!
Nu ska jag sluta drömma och istället ge mig ut i billingesluttningen för ett blodigt intervallpass. Om jag lyckas göra de bra kanske vi firar med ett dopp i sjön!
