Jepp, efter ett benhårt intervallpass på förmiddagen drog jag på mig myrdojjorna på eftermiddagen. Har inte sprungit så mycket myr hittills i år, men har tänkt lägga in lite fler pass nu framöver. Jag tycker att det är en ruggigt bra träningsvariant som passar bra åt skidåkare av många anledningar. Man får hela tiden ett nedtramp som är oregelbundet och som gör att alla små stabiliseringsmuskler får jobba. Eftersom det är rätt så tung terräng gör det att man får hög puls utan att den muskellära belastningen blir för hög. Sedan är det väldigt skonsam träning, det sliter inte på kroppen. Är ganska säker på att det är tack vare myren som jag blev av med mina benhinneproblem under junioråldern.
I Gällivare finns det mycket myr! Hur många som helst.. Korainen är en av mina favoriter. Har en runda som tar ca 2:30 h.
Man får inte va rädd att grisa ner sig lite!
När jag kom hem trött och hungrig möttes jag av den här synen.. Min kära granne Iris hade bakat bullar och delat med sig några till mig! Vilken grej!
