Idag blev det ett långpass cykel med Daniel. Cykel är väl av skidåkare inte den erkänt bästa träningen, men håller man fokus på farten och söker sig till tung teräng så tycker jag de kan va rätt givande. Det är i varje fall jäkligt kul och bara därför kan de va värt att köra nåt pass ibland! Här upp finns det ju också rätt fina stigar att rulla fram på.
Idag har jag även varit och hälsat på LKAB’s sommarläger. De ordnar varje år tre läger för ungdomar där dom får göra massa roliga friluftsaktiviteter och såklart lära känna nya kompisar. Jag tycker det är ett riktigt bra initiativ. Det är precis sådant som behövs för barn och ungdomar här uppe. Ibland kan man tycka att det är lite dåligt med saker för dem att göra. Så jag var med lite som gäst idag och svarade lite på frågor och berättade om skidåkningen. Visade även medaljerna som brukar vara det roligaste att få se!
Mellan passen så var jag med Anton och gick några hål på golfbanan. Jag har ju nyligen blivit livslång medlem i klubben och erhållit ett nytt Nike set! Golf har aldrig varit i mitt intresse men nu så känns det faktiskt riktigt kul! Eller ja, i varje fall när jag får in slagen och lyckas hålla bollen i spel… det brukar ju hända lite allt möjligt när jag golfar verkar det som och idag bjöd jag på en klockren träff i en av mina sponsorers reklamskylt på banan… Är ju väldigt nöjd och glad för Eriksson bil’s stöd men idag stod dom faktiskt ivägen för mig!
Hade tänkt chippa bollen över skylten, men det blev ett av dagens hårtaste slag rätt in i skylten. Fråga mig heller inte hur jag hämnade där från början...

Hej! Vad fint att du ställer upp och hälsar på barnen på deras sommarläger! Det är sådant man kommer ihåg hela livet.
Är du säker på att bollen inte var out of bounds…

Det är alltid lika roligt att läsa vad du tycker och tänker. Som längdåkare stannar jag vid temat träning. Löpning(intervaller),rullskidor(stakning),kraftträning, cykling etc. Jag för min del tror att löpningen är den bästa träningen både för uthållighet och syreupptagning. En cykeltur då och då är säkert bra för både muskler och senor !!!
Förresten, den härligaste känslan är när man kan springa upp på en höjd eller en fjälltopp och sedan kunna njuta av utsikten. Det är nästan så att man glömmer av att det är träning…
