Dagens aktiviteter bestod av löpintervaller på förmiddagen och stakning på eftermiddagen. Det var ett riktigt kanon väder på förmiddagen så löppasset blev en succé! Trots att jag har ett riktigt bondsteg… Löpintervaller är en intervallform som jag inte kör så ofta, brukar mest köra intervaller på rullskidor, men det är en riktigt härlig träningsform. Man får ventilera ut lungorna rejält och känner nästan lite eufori efteråt. Lite värre är de väl då med benen som blir lite mör! Skönt med intervall pass för att totala tiden man är ute och tränar är inte så länge, i varje fall inte den här gången. Passet tog 1:15.
På eftermiddagen drog jag ut och stakade uppför backen mot byn Tjautjas. det är en stigning som tar ca 40 min. Att staka uppför blir en liten form av ”skidstyrke” för överkroppen. Meningen är ju inte att man ska bli bra på att staka uppför utan att bli starkare i överkroppen för andra moment. För min del så är uppförstakning viktigt för ”treans växel” i skate där det gäller att va benhård i magen! Man får dock va noga att inte pressa på kroppen för mycket då det är lätt att blir söndersliten i armbågarna av mycket tung stakning på hårt underlag.
Till sist, i tisdags var vi på en angenäm men lite tradig tillställning i Stockholm. Jag tänkte att vi kunde föreviga detta ögonblick med en trevlig bild, så jag bad Charlotte att fota oss. Så Charlotte drog fram sin superkamera och knäppte en bild som jag trodde skulle bli perfekt! Som ni ser så vart det inte en sådan succébild som jag hade hoppats på… Men kanske någon kan gissa vart vi är och varför?
