Tränar för fullt!

Ja träningen flyter på här. Har den senaste veckan sysslat mest med träning och det känns rätt OK! Kroppen börjar komma igång och även fast jag är uppe på ca 20 timmar i veckan så är jag inte särskilt sliten. Ett bra tecken är att jag har ork att hitta på lite andra saker mellan passen. Vädret här uppe i Gällivare har varit lite växlande, vi hade riktigt varmt å gött i början av veckan men nu har de dragit in kall luft och lite blåsväder. Hoppas att de blir lite sommar snart!
Idag blev det ett lite roligare pass på MTB genom Nautanen. Det är ett gammalt gruvsamhälle en bit norr om Malmberget som nu bara är ruiner. När jag ser de gamla gruvingångarna så är jag rätt glad över att jag inte arbetade där på den tiden. De är riktigt trångt och inte så lämpat för en som har lite cellskräck.. Men fint att cykla är det där i varje fall. Mycket fina stigar och gamla vägar.
