Sista fasen mot os inledd..

Har börjat lätta på träningen, nu blir det mest ett pass om dagen och lite intervaller för att hitta formen. Körde ett fart pass idag och kroppen kändes OK. Inget att klaga på i varje fall! Vi har haft grymt fint väder här idag och jag trivs som fisken i vattnet här! God mat, bra stämning och en bra känsla i kroppen!
Att det snart är dags för start märks inte minst på media! De är heta och hugger på allt! Mycket handlar som vanligt om kampen mellan Norge och Sverige. Det känns som en rolig grej att det skrivs lite om det, bara det inte barkar iväg och blir massa trams. Det är ju ändå bara idrott vi håller på med. Min inställning är som det alltid är att jag är här för att åka snabbt på skidor! Det känns så jäkla kul att det äntligen snart är dags för OS! Det är något som jag sett fram emot så himla länge och jag hoppas verkligen att formen kommer att infinna sig!
Jag lever just nu min barndomsdröm!

Jag heter Mikael Lundstedt och går på Skvaderns gymnasieskola i Sundsvall. Just nu går jag tredje året på den Naturvetenskapliga linjen och håller på med ett projektarbete tillsammans med två kamrater, Patrik Sundin och Viktor Gustafsson, från en annan lokal gymnasieskola som vi har valt att handla om Höghöjdsträning.
Målet med projektet är att få en större kunskap om vad som händer i kroppen då man vistas på hög höjd och/eller under syrebrist, särskilt ur träningsperspektiv.
Slutprodukten med projektet kommer innefatta en vetenskaplig rapport över all relevant information inom de avgränsade områden samt diagram över information som vi fått genom praktiska tester som ska stödja redan existerande teorier inom området.
Vi har även planerat att delta i en regional utställning arrangerat av FUF(förbundet unga forskare) där gymnasieelever kan tävla med sitt projektarbete om de är inom området naturvetenskap eller teknik. Eftersom de inte är så många som är insatta eller vet så mycket om höghöjdsträning så tänkte vi att det kunde inspirera om vi lyckades få med kända svenska idrottsprofilers tankar och erfarenheter om höghöjdsträning, förutsatt att dom har några förstås.
Vi tänkte samla in informationen i form av en mailintervju för att det ska vara så enkelt som möjligt och för att förhoppningsvis få så många svar som möjligt! Intervjuerna kommer vi samla i en liten bok med titeln ”Svenska idrottsprofiler om höghöjdsträning” som kommer att finnas vid vår monter på utställningen.
Vi hoppas därför att du skulle kunna tänka dig att ställa upp på en mailintervju om just höghöjdsträning för att kunna möjliggöra denna idé som vi tror skulle fungera som en inspirationskälla för vidare forskning inom området eller som en roligare faktabok för intresserade nybörjare. För det är ju klart att det är roligare att läsa en bok med kommentarer och tankar ifrån folk man sett på TV istället för att läsa en massa facklitteratur!
