Piggare och piggare!

Idag känns de bra mycket bättre! Skönt! Har även varit ute på en liten skoter tur med grabbarna. Det var meningen att vi skulle leta lite schysst puderkörning, men det blev av någon anledning mest guppande efter led. Där trivs inte Kingen, den vill ha klättring eller metervis av snö! Men en dag i skogen är alltid en bra dag! Så jag är nöjd ändå. Den riktiga skoterkörningen kommer ändå när skidsäsongen är över och när jag har tid att göra lite rejälare turer. Det är skönt att komma ut och göra lite annat i varje fall.
Nu är de tänkt att påbörja en lite rejälare träningsperiod. Ska bli skönt, känner att kroppen är redo för lite träning. Det är väldigt viktigt att jag får en bra träningsperiod nu en månad innan OS. Det är nu man börjar lägga grunden för en form topp!
