Kämpigt lopp!

Shit vilket stresslopp det var idag. Kändes som att alla sprang uppför backarna! Försökte åka lugnt och stort men det är svårt att hitta driv när det är klungåkning och ryckigt tempo. Kände mig hyfsat pigg, men inför de sista två varven blev ja rejällt sliten och klarade inte hänga med. Trisst, för det hade vart kul att va med och spurta om de idag. Men de finns inga ursäkter, måste bli bättre på den här distansen!
Just nu sitter vi i minibuss mot Munchen där vi sover inatt. Det är ett helvette att sätta sig i en buss och åka 50 mil efter en sån här jobbig tävling. Helst vill man bara lägga sig i en skön säng och vila.. Men det är ju gött att komma hem i varje fall! Kommer åka till min hemmby Lerdala för att fira jul, och träna… =)
