Midda på ”Olles”

Tjenis!
Nyss hemkommen efter en trevlig middag på Olearys. Kollade när när Luleå tog ner Rögle på jorden. De var ju bra gjort!
Två pass idag. Styrketräning och löpning i morse och ett två timmars skidpass på eftermiddagen. Kroppen känns rätt ok även fast de har varit kyliga förhållanden och mycket träning i veckan. Kommer träna på rätt bra nu de närmsta veckorna. I helgen är det ju Düsseldorf sprinten. Ska bli kul att åka där igen! Senast där var jag femma på sprinten och trea tillsammans med Emil på sprintstafetten. Det är alltid grymt med publik där och man åker i ett riktigt dån av skrikande och förmodligen alkoholrusiga tyskar vid sidorna.
Nu blir de sängen så ja orkar med morgondagen. Tänkte haka på skidgymnasiet som skulle köra sprint imorgon!
